Business terms and conditions

Article 1: General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") govern the relationship between M Design (hereinafter: the "Seller") and the buyer (hereinafter: the "Customer") regarding the purchase of digital products (online training/courses and e-books) via the website physioeduca.com.

Article 2: Conclusion of Contract

The sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is deemed concluded at the moment the Seller receives payment based on the Customer's order.

Article 3: Pricing and Payment

All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as prescribed by law. Payment can be made via credit and debit cards through a secure online payment system. The transaction is considered complete upon card authorization.

Article 4: Delivery of Digital Content

All products offered are digital in nature. There is no physical delivery.
Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive the following at the email address provided during the order process:
- Confirmation of purchase and an invoice in PDF format.
- A link to download the purchased e-book or tickets/instructions for accessing the online training.
Delivery is automated and occurs instantly once the payment is cleared.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, since the subject of the contract is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the Customer waives their right of withdrawal (right to cancel the contract) once the performance of the contract has begun. By completing the order, the Customer provides express prior consent and acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the delivery of digital content to their email address has commenced.

Article 6: Complaints and Refunds

Refunds are possible only if the delivered digital content does not match the description or is technically defective, and the Seller is unable to rectify the defect within a reasonable timeframe. The Customer must submit a complaint via email to prodaja.physioeduca@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All content (texts, video materials, books) sold through this website is the exclusive property of M Design and is protected by copyright laws. The Customer acquires the right to personal use of the content only. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, public display, or resale of the content is strictly prohibited.

Article 8: Dispute Resolution

Any potential disputes shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
