By purchasing and downloading our digital content, you explicitly agree and acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund or contract termination once the service performance has begun—meaning, as soon as the content is delivered to your email or access is granted.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be granted in the following specific scenarios:
